First contact the installer to have them check whether the fault has derived from their work before calling the warranty agent, as this can be costly if it isn’t a warranty problem.
Your installer should be able to advise you over the phone how to do some basic checks to try to rectify the fault. If this fails ask them to call in to check it for you. If it is a system failure the installer should be able to assist you on how to lodge a call to the warranty center.

Once you have lodged your claim contact your repairer with all your details, the repairer should then complete a condition report for the insurer, with a quotation for repairs, or replacement, whichever is more economical. The repairer should then lodge it direct to the insurer for you, all you have to do is wait for the insurer to contact you with further advice on your claim. Once you have received the approval for the repairs or replacement contact your repairer and advise them to go ahead with the recommendations.
